Experience
Mr. Ramanna has extensive experience in engineering educational and healthcare facilities, high-rise commercial buildings, governmental facilities, multi-story residential structures, industrial buildings and environmental projects.
He is skilled in the design of post-tensioned concrete systems, cast-in-place, structural steel, precast concrete and wood framed systems. He has also been extensively involved with special projects and research activities.
His experience in designing projects around the United States allows him to develop the most cost-effective system for a particular application. He has worked extensively with modifications of structural systems required for large commercial and institutional renovations.

TODD G. McCOY, P.E.

Mr. McCoy joined the Precast Concrete Engineering Group (formerly H. Wilden and Associates-HWA) in 1987 after being employed for three years as a Project Engineer for an Iowa precast manufacturer. He was named Vice President of HWA in 1997, and became President and CEO of the Precast Concrete Engineering Group of TRC Worldwide Engineering in 2004. In 2007 he was elevated as Chief Operating Officer of TRC Worldwide Engineering. Mr. McCoy is responsible for projects utilizing precast / prestressed concrete which include parking structures, stadiums, prisons, architectural cladding and industrial buildings.
TODD G. McCOY, P.E.

Experience
Mr. McCoy joined the Precast Concrete Engineering Group (formerly H. Wilden and Associates-HWA) in 1987 after being employed for three years as a Project Engineer for an Iowa precast manufacturer. He was named Vice President of HWA in 1997, and became President and CEO of the Precast Concrete Engineering Group of TRC Worldwide Engineering in 2004. In 2007 he was elevated as Chief Operating Officer of TRC Worldwide Engineering.Mr. McCoy is responsible for projects utilizing precast / prestressed concrete which include parking structures, stadiums, prisons, architectural cladding and industrial buildings.
He supervises the work of engineers, project coordinators and drafters in preparation of design calculations, erection drawings and fabrication drawings; checks the work of engineers and drafters for compliance with building codes and client standards; establishes quality control procedures; prepares calculations for wind and seismic lateral load resisting systems, connections and structural member designs; coordinates projects with other team members such as engineers, architects, general contractors and subcontractors; prepares project cost estimates and schedules; trains engineers; evaluates engineering and drafting computer software; conducts technical seminars; assists in the development of industry standards as a member of several committees within the Precast / Prestressed Concrete Institute.

He has more than forty-five years experience in the design of high-rise buildings, hotels and resorts, aviation facilities, libraries, correction centers, heavy marine, roads, bridges, building restoration, office buildings, industrial plants, parking garages, and practically all types of structures encountered in the field of civil engineering.

Experience
Mr. Charland co-founded Jenkins & Charland, Inc., now a TRC Worldwide company, in 1965. He has more than forty-five years experience in the design of high-rise buildings, hotels and resorts, aviation facilities, libraries, correction centers, heavy marine, roads, bridges, building restoration, office buildings, industrial plants, parking garages, and practically all types of structures encountered in the field of civil engineering.
He is an active member of the Broward County Central Examining Board for Engineering Construction since 1976, a past member of the Structural Committee of the Broward County Board of Rules and Appeals, and was a key member of the Department of Community Affairs Hurricane Andrew Damage Assessment Team.
In April 2005, Mr. Charland was appointed by Florida Governor Jeb Bush to serve a 4-year term on the eleven-member Florida Board of Professional Engineers.

Mr. Rao has a Bachelor of Commerce degree to his credit and has also qualified as Cost & Management Accountant (CMA), which is equivalent to CPA & CA. He was also chosen by Indian Institute of Management - Calcutta for its prestigious executive education program. He also holds Certificate of Achievement in ERP. Mr. Rao is a freelance columnist and writes articles on management in leading newspapers.

Bedi Mesbah, PE, is a founding principal of KM2 Design Group, P.C., now a TRC Worldwide Company. He is responsible for the planning and design of MEP systems. He has been involved professionally since 1973 with all phases of project design and management.
Mr. Mesbah has been responsible for the design of mechanical and electrical systems for hospitals, university campuses, laboratory buildings, clean rooms, K-12 schools, office buildings, industrial facilities, residential complexes, assembly buildings and utility company facilities. Clients served include both public and private sector.
Mr. Mesbah has served as Principal-in-Charge and Project Manager for many successful projects at Illinois institutions of higher learning and many State and Local Government Agency Projects since the late 1970’s. Some of these clients include, State of Illinois Capital Development Board, Housing Authorities throughout Illinois, and University campuses including Eastern Illinois University, Lincoln Land Community College, University of Illinois at Springfield, Illinois State University, and SIU School of Medicine.
Mr. Mesbah approaches building system design with practical and innovative solutions which result in buildings which operate more efficiently and are easier to maintain while providing the maximum level of comfort and safety for their occupants.
Mr. Mesbah has been the lead Commissioning Agent on several major Commissioning and Retro-Commissioning Projects
