TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. is providing structural engineering design, contract administration and threshold inspection services on these three fifteen- story, high-rise towers with expansive views of the Manatee River and the Gulf of Mexico. Each tower is 200,000 square feet and features 62 two- and three-bedroom condominium estate homes. The top two floors are devoted to penthouse residences. The second floor of each building features amenities that include social rooms with wet bar, fireplace and theater/media room, library, billiards room, owners’ handyman workshop, and hospitality suites for guests. The amenities of each tower deck include 2 pools, barbeque pavilions, restrooms and seating/social areas that offer a view of the marina. A 90-space parking garage is located on the ground level of each tower.
