TRC Worldwide Engineering, Inc. provided structural engineering services to the architect, on this four-story composite steel framed corporate office building for Regional Bank. The composite steel structure has perimeter rigid frames which are used to provide lateral stability for the building. The building is founded on a system of deep foundations to bypass bad existing dirt.
