Commissioning is a systematic process of ensuring that all building systems perform interactively according to the design intent and the owner’s operational needs.

TRC has been involved in Building Systems Commissioning since 1994 and provides complete commissioning services on projects of all types from pre-design to post occupancy. In most cases, we are hired as the Commissioning Agent, directly by the owner independent of the design team and the contractor. We provide new building commissioning services as well as retro-commissioning of existing buildings.

Our commissioning portfolio includes everything from complex systems in a research laboratory facility to a 1.5 million square foot office high rise building.
