TRC Worldwide Engineering has provided engineering services for this 2,800,970 square foot, 69 building campus, since 1987 for a wide variety of projects. A sampling of TRCs successful engineering projects for EIU include commissioning, energy conservation, campus-wide fire alarm upgrade, HVAC, Lighting and Plumbing design for several new and renovated campus buildings. A campus wide chilled water loop connecting all buildings on the campus was also designed and implemented which has resulted in large savings both in energy cost and capital and maintenance costs.
