This 400,000SF Facility containing residences, administrative offices, elderly care, conference center, a church and a chapel was completely renovated. Some buildings were demolished and replaced with new, others totally remodeled. TRCWW prepared the Mechanical and Electrical Master Plan for the facility and designed all new MEP systems for the entire campus including central and building HVAC systems, site utilities, emergency power generation and distribution, Plumbing, fire protection, lighting and building power distribution, fire alarm, data and communication systems.
